The role of the business provider is to facilitate the connection between the NAYA concierge services and the potential client. As an intermediary, he makes the link between the services offered and the customer. The business provider, by activating his network, prospecting for new customers in a specific market. He is therefore logically paid for his contribution to the conclusion of a sale.
As an individual, you can make your network and your skills available to become a business contributor. Indeed you do not need to have trader status if the practice is exceptional. This administrative tolerance ceases if the activity of business contributions becomes recurring.
This is a classic case, most of our business providers/introducers act as a company. The process is simple, once the quotation has been accepted by your client and the service paid for, you invoice us for your commission, defined in advance, and we will pay you immediately.
For each business provider/introducer, a contract is drawn up before the first deal in order to define all the terms of the collaboration. This framework is made to limit disagreements between the parties and reduce the risk of litigation. Also, our desire is to collaborate over the long term with our business contributors, it’s in our interest to keep you bringing us business. Moreover it will be senseless because it’s often your private and close network so you will be informed.
The commission amount is a percentage of the total quote amount. The percentage is variable according to the traffic, regarding the regularity or not of the flow provided. The commission is, in all cases, fixed in advance when sending the price offer and appears on the business provider contract.
